NC PreK Lead Teacher -- Chatsworth, Georgia
Your Role as an NC Pre-K Lead Teacher:
We are on the lookout for dedicated professionals like YOU to oversee classroom activities, adhering to standards set by the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education, and aligning with the objectives of the current NC Pre-K Curriculum. Your role involves creating a nurturing and positive environment for our children and their families, fostering strong bonds and supporting their comprehensive development. You will be responsible for designing and executing learning experiences that encompass a broad range of developmental areas including physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive skills, and creative expression. Moreover, you'll conduct regular assessments to monitor the children's progress towards School Readiness Goals, tailoring the curriculum to meet the individual needs of each child, including those with disabilities. Upholding health and safety protocols is paramount in your role, ensuring a secure and clean environment by adhering to strict procedures for hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision. Your dedication to these responsibilities will be instrumental in guiding our young learners towards a bright future.

What your day looks like:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for the NC PreK classroom
- Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements
- Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families regularly
- Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences
- Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments
Pay and benefits
Pay: 30,000-50,000/annually Follows State guided GA PreK Teacher salary based on years of experience and education level

Requirements
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- BA in Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher Credentials
- Ability to pass a background check
- Completion of 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire (we will help you get there)
- Genuine care for children and a commitment to their safety and well-being
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with families
- Physical ability to meet the demands of working with young children
