Your Role

As a Teacher at Child Development Schools, you'll help create classrooms filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy.

Whether serving as a Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher, you'll help children build confidence, curiosity, kindness, and a lifelong love of learning while working alongside a supportive leadership team committed to providing high-quality early childhood education.

You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important member of a collaborative teaching team dedicated to making every day engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Create engaging learning experiences for Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, or School Age children

• Foster a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom

• Build positive relationships with children and families

• Support children's developmental milestones

• Maintain classroom documentation and licensing standards

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership

Pay & Benefits

Assistant Teachers

$13.00-$15.00 per hour

Lead Teachers

$15.00-$18.00 per hour

Pay is based on education, experience, and qualifications.

$400 Sign-On Bonus
