We have a great opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing company!

The Quality Assurance Specialist performs a variety of duties related to overall CDS quality and safety standards with the goal of improving and sustaining those standards on a regular basis within our centers. This role will work with various Operations and Quality roles to train, observe, improve and maintain Quality initiatives and expectations across assigned centers in the respective areas.

This position can be located in TX, AR, OK, and AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Routine monitoring of assigned standards for compliance related to daily program quality, QRIS, and/or accreditation as applicable.
  • Train and coach teachers and directors on indicated areas of overall daily program quality, QRIS, accreditation, and CDS standards and expectations related to routine safety, quality and classroom management.
  • Assist school management and school staff in improving and/or maintaining compliance with all quality standards applicable to assigned programs.
  • Support and implement process/preparation for QRIS and/or accreditation evaluation including but
  • not limited to cleaning/creating safe and healthy environment, room arrangement, material
  • selection; observing, training, and coaching teachers of children 0-12.
  • Share information with teachers and coach them on appropriate interactions and quality practices
  • related to our developmentally-appropriate curriculum, safe and healthy environments for children, and nurturing and responsive interactions with children.
  • Maintain communication with Education Coordinators (ECs) on a weekly basis, as well as coach,train, and host local meetings with ECs with content guided by Division and Company leadership.
  • Implement short and long-range professional and program goals and objectives for self and others.
  • Recommend & implement new policies, procedures, and professional development to attain high-quality results for self and others.

Requirements

  • Exceptional knowledge of Innovations curriculum for Infants, High Reach Learning curriculum for all ages, and Young Achiever's Club curriculum for school age children and be able to coach teachers on how to implement the curriculum activities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of effective room arrangement in a variety of setting and age appropriate practices for children ages infant-12 years old
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Quality rated assessment tools and practices for the assigned area
  • Extensive knowledge of CDS standards and expectations related to overall quality and safety programs, daily classroom management practices, and improvement strategies.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to assist teachers and directors with daily quality standards and needs in their classrooms and schools.
  • Communicate clearly and honestly and work closely with all levels of CDS Operation and Quality teams
  • Consistent ability to plan and execute the quality initiatives in their area to include a variety of duties at multiple schools at the same time.
  • Ability to manage projects to completion while working within a budget & be financially responsible and transparent with company funds.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and organizational skills with the ability to complete required reports & responsibilities thoroughly and on time.
  • Requirement of 75% travel based on roles and responsibilities which may involve overnight stays
