The Quality Business Partner is responsible for managing and providing professional consultation to child day care centers licensees and applicants regarding program operations, professional services, and staff development to improve the quality of services.

The Quality Business Partner is responsible for managing and providing professional consultation to child day care centers licensees and applicants regarding program operations, professional services, and staff development to improve the quality of services.
This position can be located in TX, AZ. OK, or AR
Responsibilities
- Recommend and implement strategies for moving from basic compliance to aspirational quality
- Recommend policies to address frequent non-compliances across the company and uniquely in each
- Recommend changes and improvements in child day care center programs to maximize the enrichment and development of the children attending the facility
- Interpret statutory and administrative rule requirements for licensing
- Cite rule violations and sets time limits for compliance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager or similar position; at least 2 years of childcare management experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of state licensing regulations, State QRIS and /or national ECE accreditation programs
- Proven ability to be self-motivated with a high degree of self-discipline
- Ability to lead and develop others
- Focused on details and ability to meet deadlines
- Considerable knowledge of theories, practices and principles of child development as related to child care services that include the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of children
- Strong knowledge of early childhood industry processes and regulations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizations skills
