We proudly provide quality care and developmental education to over 30,000 children aged six weeks to twelve years.

We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our growing company!

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk of the organization's IT service office in Columbus, GA. This role will greet visitors, answer phone calls, ship and receive packages, and provide general administrative support for the office. Additionally, the Receptionist will maintain office supplies and assist with various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors, informs employees of visitor's arrival, and directs visitors to the appropriate locations.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls or relays messages.
  • Coordinates shipping and receiving of IT equipment and other packages.
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries.
  • Collects, distributes, and sends mail.
  • Maintains office supplies.
  • May perform occasional clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, or photocopying.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage clericl tasks
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
