We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing company!

The Talent Acquisition Advisor strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs in the early childhood education industry. Understands internal customer needs and external labor market conditions. Leverages effective, economical, and appropriate sources/channels and methods. Understands community level engagement and marketing the CDS brands. Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, associations, hiring managers and operations leadership. Reviews resumes and proactively contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies that emphasize speed, quality, innovation, process efficiency and candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Serve as internal subject-matter-expert and partner with Talent Acquisition team, Operations leadership, hiring manages HR leadership to proactively propose and deploy successful recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of competitive target companies and keep abreast of industry changes and trends.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies by leveraging technology and available tools.
  • Research and cultivate new and innovative recruiting sources to increase applicant flow and develop talent pipelines.
  • Promote positive community relations and develop and maintain contacts to promote the company's brand.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Identify and utilize various sourcing channels to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future field positions
  • Promote the company's employer brand and culture through various channels.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other recruitment sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a consultative talent acquisition or recruiting role
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
