The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization. This position works closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute the full recruitment cycle. This includes conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and negotiating job offers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also stays updated on industry trends, best practices, and utilizes various sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline. They play a critical role in ensuring the organization has the right talent to achieve its business goals.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.
- Provide candidates with information about the company, its culture, and job opportunities.
- Represent the company at various events and build strong relationships with community organizations and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruiting efforts.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure all recruiting activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 year's of recruiting experience-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently and attend various recruiting events and locations.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to travel as needed for business.
